For easy access between both locations, please use the walkway next to picciotti’s 10am – 11am daily. Wagering hours: monday-saturday: 11am – 11pm and sunday 10am – 11pm. Sports Betting Information On Parlay Cards the odds are fixed. The minimum wager is $2 and the maximum is $100 per card. There is a $5 minimum bet on Off-The-Board Parlays. The state approves legislation that allowed sports betting via lottery-style parlay offerings. The state’s first video lottery terminals begin operations at Dover Downs and Delaware Park. Delaware passes the Horse Racing Preservation Act to help improve the revenues at of the state’s racetracks.

What’s the minimum wager?
The minimum wager is $2. All wagers must be parlays consisting of three or more selections (Super Teaser – 4 or more selections).
Where and when can I get my parlay cards?
Parlay cards are available on Wednesdays at all Sports Lottery locations. For a complete list of all Sports Lottery locations, click here.
The lines for each week’s coming games are posted every Monday at the Sportsbooks* (casinos) and Sports Lottery Retailers. OFF-THE-BOARD PARLAY wagers may be made all week long.
Tickets go as written. Please check your ticket(s) for accuracy before leaving the wagering counter.

Complete your cards with a blue or black pen, or a pencil. No red ink, please. DO NOT ERASE. Remove the perforated stub from the card prior to presenting to the sports terminal operator.
